Two new Rathfinny Wine Estate sparkling wines are being served exclusively at The Ritz during May as ‘Sparkling of the Month’, the second time in the hotel’s 113-year history that a non-champagne has been selected.
The featured 2019 releases include a 2015 Blanc de Noirs and a 2016 Rosé Brut.
Giovanni Ferlito, Head of Wine and Beverage at The Ritz, pointed to the product quality from the Sussex-based winery as a key consideration in selecting them for the calendar, commenting ‘I firmly believe Rathfinny represents some of the finest quality in sparkling wine production today’.
The wines will be available for general purchase from June at selected premium outlets.
