Created in Monaco by Riccardo Giraudi, Beefbar is a restaurant highlighting the best meat in the world. Joining outposts in Monaco, Hong Kong, Mexico, Dubai, Cannes, Mykonos, Budapest and soon Rome, the Paris branch will be located in the old Fermette Marbeuf in the 8th arrondissement. The restoration and design of the space, imagined by architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet of agency Humbert & Poyet, was inspired by the shapes and colours of the glass roof listed as a historical monument.
