On Madison Avenue, after 64 years, the Upper East Side vintage fashion icon Michael’s, the consignment shop for women, has moved from 1041 Madison Avenue to 1125 Madison Avenue, giving up its second-floor space for a ground- floor home. Alexandre Birman, the eponymous couture brand from the Brazilian shoe designer is developing an exclusive collection for the company’s rst store in the US at 957 Madison Avenue.
