For its 2020 holiday collection, Guerlain has turned to the bee for inspiration. Its Golden Bee cosmetics range is comprised of limited-edition products adorned with bee motifs: an eyeshadow palette, highlighter, bronzer, two lipstick shades and two lipstick cases.
The standout of the collection is the prestige edition of the brand’s Rouge G lipstick case, first launched 10 years ago by jeweller Lorenz Bäumer. The designer has created the Rouge G Shiny Bee, a reimagined version of the case adorned with rhinestones that have been hand-set in the shape of a bee.
