Aromatherapy Associates is now a B Corporation certified business, having attained the standard that measures where a business’ impact on people and the planet is of the same importance as profit. The brand was certified in recognition of its social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.
Initiatives implemented by Aromatherapy Associates include wellbeing schemes for staff, measures to ensure diversity across the business, and operating on 100 per cent renewable energy at its headquarters.
It is also undertaking gender and ethnicity pay equity monitoring, and has made a pledge to be carbon-neutral and for all plastic packaging to be 100 per cent recyclable, reusable or compostable by 2023.
