Moxy East Village

Hotel and multi-restaurant concept Moxy East Village has previewed its interiors by Rockwell Group. Said to be inspired by the neighbourhood’s role as an incubator for the counterculture of the ’70s, the multi-use space features bespoke art by contemporary artists.

Design features include Corten steel walls in the entrance, and a Fillmore East concert hall-inspired Cathédrale Restaurant, featuring a triple-height space with layered plaster walls and an art installation by Edoardo Tresoldi.

Guest rooms have an eclectic feel with graffiti graphics, canvas upholstery and a peg wall designed for the modern traveller.
