Scandinavian brand, SACHAJUAN, has released a shampoo and conditioner devoted to mitigating the effects of environmental pollution on the hair.
The professional haircare duo is designed for those in urban areas with hard water, higher pollution levels and coarse, rough or porous hair texture.
Ingredients include high concentrations of red seaweed to help create a non-occlusive, weightless protective barrier on the scalp; fruit-derived alpha-hydroxy acids, which stop dirt, odour and pollutant particles sticking to the hair; and Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, a biodegradable chelating agent that reduces colour fade and mineral build-up from hard water.
