Membership Directory
LB maintains an on-line membership directory which members may access by logging onto the Site. The information that LB collects from members and stores in the membership directory includes, but is not limited to, your full name, title, the name and address of your organization or place of employment, home address, email address and phone number. LB uses industry accepted reasonable safeguards to protect the security, integrity and privacy of information in the membership directory, but LB cannot guarantee the privacy of such actions or make any representations and warranties with respect to the security of such information.

Disclosure
You acknowledge and agree that LB may preserve or disclose any personally-identifiable information if it reasonably believes disclosure is required by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process, including but not limited to civil and criminal subpoenas, court orders or other compulsory disclosures; (b) enforce the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of LB, its members, users and the public.

Access, Review and Correction

Users may, where applicable, correct such personally-identifiable information that was collected on the Site’s registration system by making changes to their member account and/or to their profile.

Binding Agreement and Changes
Any user that accesses all or any part of the Site agrees that such user is at least eighteen years old and has agreed to this Privacy Policy. Each time a user accesses the Site, this Privacy Policy should be reviewed because LB reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time and the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective and govern the use of the Site within five days of such revised Privacy Policy being initially posted on the Site. By accessing the Site, you agree that any dispute with respect to privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the Site.
