Bonheur by Matt Abé has officially opened on Upper Brook Street, Mayfair. The launch marks Abé’s first solo venture following 18 years under the mentorship of Gordon Ramsay and his tenure as chef patron at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
