Chef Skye Gyngell, in collaboration with luxury caterer AP&Co, is set to launch the Spring Garden dining experience at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, running from May 21–25. This intimate culinary event, nestled in the historic Royal Hospital Chelsea grounds, showcases ‘straight from the earth’ dishes using simple, seasonal ingredients. Spring Garden promises guests a sensory journey through nature-inspired cuisine, with highlights including sweet peas, fennel, apricots, cherries, and locally sourced cheeses and meats.
