Former seven Michelin-starred Hakkasan Group Executive, Chef Chee Hwee Tong has opened the doors to Gouqi in St James’s, London, following a successful career developing Chinese cuisine at famed restaurants across Asia. The new high-end restaurant, which opened in February, sees Chef Tong continue to evolve his innovative contemporary Chinese cuisine.
