Chalhoub Group has acquired all shares of the digital luxury retailer and personal shopping platform Threads Styling, with the exception of those owned by its Founder and CEO, Sophie Hill. The partnership reinforces Chalhoub Group’s digital acceleration drive and investment in digital platforms, expands its existing online ecosystem, and brings new capabilities and opportunities for customer engagement and personalisation.
