A new sustainable culinary experience is on offer for those staying at Four Season George V in Paris. The head chef of the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant Le George, Simone Zanoni (pictured), will take guests on a private tour of his kitchen garden in Versailles, where they can participate in produce and ingredient selection.
‘The very concept of Le George is based on the notion of sharing at the table. We go further, by sharing our story with them as well as our values’, said Zanoni. The culinary tour includes a transfer in a hybrid Porsche Panamera to complement the experience.
