Bridal and fashion design house Monique Lhuillier opened their newly relocated flagship salon at 818 Madison.
In the Theater District, Major League Baseball is set to open its brick-and-mortar flagship this summer at 1271 Avenue of the Americas, across from Radio City Music Hall.

Eye-popping Swedish sock brand Happy Socks is set to open its fourth store at 50 Sixth Avenue. Famous Footwear is expanding its New York City retail presence, offering the latest assortment from key brands at its newest flagship located at 110 W 34th Street.
In Columbus Circle, Nordstrom’s newly opened and first NY flagship on 57th Street has kicked off its series of scheduled special events with an immersive experience by Burberry including a concept space dedicated to the Thomas Burberry Monogram with the signature house code of interlocking TB initials adorning the floors, ceiling and walls (pictured, top).

Direct-to-consumer men’s footwear brand Taft is set to open its first retail property and flagship at 135 Prince Street. British heritage brand Fred Perry has set down new roots on Broome Street at number 483 (pictured, above). Philanthropic Milan-based luxury fashion brand Redemption has opened its first physical retail location at 102 Wooster Street. Fashion brand Universal Standard is bringing its concept store to the fourth floor at 192 Mercer Street; customers can come to shop in-store or reserve the community space for personalised gatherings. Norwegian outdoor brand Norrøna is pushing into the U.S. market, opening its third global flagship at 67 Greene Street.
