Bentley Motors has added 93 new trainees to the company across a range of operations. Consisting of apprentices, undergraduates and graduates, the trainees will work across people and digital, sales and marketing, finance and merchandising, as well as the engineering and manufacturing departments.
The new recruits include 31 women, accounting for 30 per cent overall, which is the highest intake in the history of the company.
‘This has quite rightly been a year of celebration, marking the extraordinary achievements this company has made over 100 years, however now is the time to look ahead,’ said Dr Astrid Fontaine, member of the board for people, digitalisation and IT.
