In celebration of 10 years of her eponymous brand, Annoushka Ducas MBE has released a caviar charm in collaboration with prominent chef and restauranteur, Michel Roux Jr.
‘My start as a jewellery designer should be attributed to serendipity. My mother owned a fish business and she asked me to think of a gift to give to the chefs she supplied. I came up with the idea of fish cufflinks, and I had 60 of these made up for distinguished chefs, including Michel Roux Jr and his father Albert at Le Gavroche,’ said Annoushka.
As a tribute, the pair designed an 18-carat-gold caviar charm featuring lapis lazuli and drusy stones, with a dainty 18-carat white gold spoon. The charm is available at Annoushka stores and at Roux’s Michelin-starred London restaurant, Le Gavroche, from November.
