NET-A-PORTER EIP

Yoox Net-A-Porter is growing its personal shopping and client relations team to include 100 new staff members within its Luxury Division.

The hires will be undertaken globally across Net-A-Porter (NAP) and Mr Porter to serve its EIPs (Extremely Important People) – its term for its most loyal clientele – as part of the brand’s localisation strategy.

New personal shopping and client relations hubs will also be opened in San Francisco and Dallas, which were identified as areas with strong demand for the EIP service. The news comes following the launch of NAP’s bespoke EIP PRIVÉ jewellery service in July.
