A range of experimental works made from a single raw material is the central theme for Matter of Stuff and sketch’s 2019 London Design Festival exhibition.
PiM.Studio, Brodie Neill, Matteo Fogale, and Studio Furthermore were commissioned to together transform 5,000 cylindrical Burbidge pine dowels, originally used by Matter of Stuff for a pop-up gallery at LDF 2018, into new sculptural interpretations.
The exhibition makes a statement about the infinite possibilities of sustainable design, upcycling, and waste avoidance.
sketch mixologist, Pepijn Vanden Abeele, has created a cocktail menu with Japanese Whisky brand, The House of Suntory, to celebrate this year’s LDF, which will be served in the Glade and Parlour through to November.
