The first look at London’s only Grade I-listed heritage new build has been revealed, ahead of its expected completion in mid-2020. Regent’s Crescent in Marylebone, developed by CIT, features 67 apartments and nine garden villas that sit behind a façade originally designed by John Nash in 1820.

PDP London architects are staying true to Nash’s original vision, retaining Regency-style fanlights, stone steps, and traditional railings at the entrance. Interiors studio Millier is working on the project using a refined, modern-day luxury approach. Amenities include a spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, private cinema, valet-underground parking and 24-hour concierge and security.
