Twenty Grosvenor Square, the first standalone Private Residences from Four Seasons, has been unveiled in Mayfair, London.
Designed by property developer Finchatton in collaboration with Squire & Partners architects, the 37 residences comprise three, four and five-bedroom offerings within the 250,000 square-foot development; which also includes a private wine cellar, swimming pool, treatment suite, fitness centre, garden library and courtyard garden, among other features.
Combining the best aspects of a hotel experience and private ownership, the services and amenities provided by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will include a concierge, security, catering and in-residence dining, housekeeping and fitness and wellness facilities.
