The Beauty Hall is Harrods’ new luxury destination for beauty lovers and has been touted as among the largest in the world.
Taking up residence in the former menswear section on the ground floor of the iconic department store, the space incorporates the ever-more-important immersive approach to retail, with curated experiences available throughout its 31 luxury boutiques; among them offering 26 brands, products and collections exclusive to Harrods.
Still in the pipeline, the Beauty Hall’s skincare section will debut later this year, alongside curated experiences on the lower ground floor like live-streamed masterclasses by global beauty experts, as well as treatment rooms offering beauty and wellness services.
Some of The Beauty Hall’s exclusive offerings include the only physical UK outpost of Gucci Beauty’s new lipstick line; the UK exclusive of sustainable personalised French lipstick brand, La Bouche Rouge; and the UK exclusive of Argentinian fragrance house, Fueguia 1833.
By 2020, Harrods’ beauty division will cover nearly 90,000sq ft across five floors, a signal of the beauty sector’s increasing strength in the luxury market.
