MO at Dormy House

MO is the innovative new restaurant concept that has recently opened at the Cotswolds’ country hotel Dormy House.

With space for up to 12 guests, MO intends to take diners on a multi-sensory journey with an interactive seven-course tasting menu created by culinary director Martin Burge and head chef, Sam Bowser.

As the second restaurant to open this year at Dormy House, following the launch of the Back Garden, these two restaurants, together with The Potting Shed, take the hotel’s culinary offering to three.

At MO’s Chef’s Table, guests spend three to four hours with chef Sam and his team, exploring the menu’s multi-sensory flavours.
