Italian designer Luca Nichetto has created a range of glass lights for the Swedish heritage brand Svenskt Tenn. Inspired by a print depicting stylised compositions of stones and shells created by the Austria-born architect and artist Josef Frank, the Fusa collection features bulbous floor and table lamps, as well as tabletop candle holders.
Formed out of glass debris collected from different manufacturers on the island of Murano, each of the handmade lamps were crafted by glassware producers NasonMoretti, which first opened in 1923.
Nichetto grew up on the island of Murano in Venice and founded his studio in the city in 2006, before moving to Stockholm in 2011 to set up a second studio.
