Bob Bob Cité

Restauranteur Leonid Shutov’s French brasserie Bob Bob Cité has made its debut after a five-year, multi-million-pound development.

The sister restaurant to Soho’s Bob Bob Ricard has been designed with meticulous attention to detail, including 800 bespoke lighting fixtures by Dernier & Hamlyn, and rosewood marquetry panelling crafted by Stan Tarver.

Michelin-starred chef, Eric Chavot, is at the helm of the new restaurant, which features traditional French fare Like French Onion soup, Escargots en Persillade, Veal Blanquette, Daube de Boeuf Provençal, Baba Au Rhum and Île Flottante.

Bob Bob Ricard’s famed ‘press for champagne’ table service buttons have been recreated in a similar style but in keeping with the French theme, reading ‘presser pour champagne’.
