Rome’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Il Pagliaccio, reopens with a new menu and look following its winter closure.

Over the past few months, chef Anthony Genovese has developed his latest incarnation of the restaurant’s celebrated tasting menu around the concept of a ‘circus of flavours’. The interiors have also been updated with a new pared-back design for the main dining room and entrance hallway, as well as the installation of contemporary pendant ceiling lights.

The subtle changes draw on Anthony’s travels for inspiration and bring a more current style to Il Pagliaccio’s dining space.
