What is your current favourite restaurant?
My favourite restaurant in the world has to be upstairs at Mikkeller in Bangkok. I love this restaurant because it’s such a good mixture of unpretentiousness, convenience, and delicious food.
Where have you received the best customer service?
Flemings in Mayfair. It isn’t the only place though – Kristiania in Lech, Austria is my other favourite.
