London’s leading pastry chef, Sarah Barber, joins The Dorchester as executive pastry chef. Barber’s career began two decades ago and during this time she has held roles at Mandarin Oriental, The Ritz and The Connaught. In her new role, she will be overseeing a team of 19 chefs and bakers, creating the afternoon tea within The Promenade restaurant at the iconic hotel.
