Founder of Chapel Gate Whiskey Company, Louise Mcguane used her extensive knowledge of the luxury drinks market to produce her first UK release, the J.J. Corry ‘The Gael’.
Louise McGuane is something of a spirit connoisseur, having worked in the drinks industry for over 20 years. Based abroad for the majority of her career with brands such as Pernod Ricard, Diageo and Moët Hennessey, it was in 2012 when McGuane decided to decamp from south- east Asia to her farm back home in Ireland.
